The Twins Necklace includes two medium personalized name discs and one medium personalized birth date disc. Genuine Swarovski crystals can be linked to the disc or worn separately beside the discs on the chain. Please indicate your preference in the Special Instructions box.
Every necklace comes with a sterling silver bead chain, available in four different lengths - 14", 16" 18" or 24".
Please note that the medium discs hold up to 7 characters.
